I am Donnacha MacGloinn, an online bookings expert based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

I was introduced to the Internet, before the Web even existed, in the computer labs of Trinity College Dublin and worked my way through university as a server admin for Ireland's first Internet Service Provider.

Upon graduating, I spent three years as the network administrator for Ireland's largest legal services firm before moving to Amsterdam in 2000 and creating Europe's first vacation rentals website.

I have built businesses upon WordPress since 2005 and watched it mature into the Internet's most flexible and democratizing platform.
